Leadership and Followership
After a few years of ideling I decided to reuse this site and made some updates in the Christmas holiday of 2024/2025. It is still work in progress.
I have been looking into the relation between Leadership and Followership. In part it has been a hidden topic in my Masterclasses about Kata Coaching .
He who thinks he leads, but has no followers, is only taking a walk.
